Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to your original form of payment.

Returns

Our return policy lasts for 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

      Shipping

      To initiate a return, please email us at customerservice@tomatopapa.store. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable.

      Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning an item valued at over £50, we recommend using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
